MODERN SLAVERY & HUMAN TRAFFICKING POLICY
This policy is put in place to protect victims of slavery and human trafficking. Moore Cleaning Services is fully committed to taking all reasonable steps to prevent slavery and human trafficking.
Moore Cleaning Services will not tolerate forced or child labour throughout any of it’s operations.
Moore Cleaning Services will not tolerate any physical abuse, or any form of untoward behaviour of any worker.
We expect all of those in our supply chain to comply with this policy as a means of their commitment to comply with our company values.
Any supplier to be found to not comply with our zero tolerance policy will be investigated and provided with guidance regarding immediate improvements. If no effort is made to correct their wrong doing they will be reported to the appropriate authorities and trading with this supplier shall cease.
PROCESSES OPPOSING TRAFFICKING AND SLAVERY
We at Moore Cleaning Services are committed to providing a fair wage to each of our employees, in line with the JLC statutory regulations, and that wage payments are made into employee named bank accounts.
BREACH OF POLICY
Any employee who breaches this policy will face immediate disciplinary action, including dismissal for gross misconduct.
The Company may terminate it’s commercial relationship with suppliers contractors or other business partners if they have been found to be involved in modern slavery.
The Company will undertake responsibility for implementing this policy and to ensure all of our objectives are fulfilled.
