HOW DO WE SANITISE?
Our service involves a Two-Pass Sanitisation System, carried out as follows:
PASS 1 Initial Sanitisation of all surfaces using Tersano SAO Stabilised Aqueous Ozone.
PASS 2 Second Sanitisation of all surfaces by Electrostatically Spraying using a Control chemical which is present for up to 28 days depending on footfall.

SANITISATION PASS 2 
Electrostatic Spraying of CONTROL chemical:
Electrostatic Backpack Sprayers’ patented technology provides an electrical charge to solutions, allowing them to wrap conductive surfaces with an effective and even coverage. Double-charged particles envelope all conductive surfaces – shadowed, vertical and underneath. Our sprayers electrostatically wrap our solution around objects to provide a 360 coating.

CONTROL offers high levels of antimicrobial activity (it carries on working and is a persistent solution) and is fragrance free, chlorine free, alcohol free and exhibits the following key qualities when in use, Non-corrosive, Non-irritant, Non-toxic, food safe, safe in use, cost effective and excellent levels of user acceptance with a prolonged antimicrobial effect and excellent material compatibility. Weekly spray with CONTROL (a persistent solution) to all areas, which include, walls carpets, surfaces and more.
As this product continues to work for 4 weeks. It continues to clean the environment you work and live in by removing harmful VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds) in the air.

DEALING WITH A COVID-19 CASE

As we are all too aware, COVID-19 is still here and, although everyone is playing their part in adhering to Government Guidelines, there will be cases where people come to work and start to feel unwell, with one or more symptoms of the virus.

 

COVID-19 RESPONSE PLAN – ISOLATION AREA
As part of the requirement to have a COVID-19 Response Plan in place, businesses have had to construct an isolation area/ room where the affected person will go to for assessment, prior to them leaving the building.

CLEANING THE ISOLATION ROOM
According to guidelines, once the person has left the building, the door to this area should be closed.  This area must be declared as an area that has been contaminated. The BICSc training which our cleaners have received is not adequate enough for them to take on the task of sanitising and decontaminating the area. As such, our Daily Office Cleaners are NOT to be involved in this process.

COVID-19 Response Team for a suspected Case of COVID-19unnamed-1
Our solution to the above scenario is that we have a trained COVID-19 Response Team.
This team consists of mobile units of Industrial Operatives who have been trained in Infection Control. The team will come to your premises and carry out decontamination of the area.

 

For Health and Safety Reasons, Moore Cleaning have instructed our Daily Office Cleaners NOT  to treat areas where a possible outbreak of COVID-19 has occurred. The operative has been instructed to notify the Supervisor and/or Contract Manager.
