Managing Director

Greg Moore is the principal share holder and Managing Director. He has been working with the company since he graduated from UCD in 1988.

He is committed to improving the standard in the cleaning industry while recognizing the contribution the staff make allowing us to deliver a quality and flexible service. He has extensive experience in the cleaning industry and has acted as a consultant to many of the large organisations throughout Ireland to help deliver quality cleaning services.

Ray Mulry

Head of Operations

Ray Mulry is Head of Operations. He is a widely experienced engineer having graduated from UCD in 2000. He has an extensive background in business development, detailed analysis, project management, operations and relationship management. He has recently completed an MBA at the UCD Smurfit Business School.

He is commercially focused with a proven ability to bring projects in on-time and within budget. He is goal driven with a hands on management style that can be relied upon to consistently deliver in the business. He is a highly committed and dependable team-player with strong influencing and quantitative skills and is accomplished in dealing efficiently with clients, customers and end-users.

Breda Cahill

Auditing and Training Manager

Breda joined Moore’s in 2015 and brings with her a wealth of experience of auditing and training over many years in the contract cleaning industry. Since joining the company, Breda has played a key role in evolving the Moore’s audit methodology and ensuring that each employee is supported by a full suite of training courses to assist in the completion of their role and in their own career development.

Breda is certified in Risk Assessment, Management and Coaching Skills, Food Hygiene and she also holds a BA (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School.

Through her role as Training and Auditing Manager she actively ensures hygiene and quality standards are met and exceeded, whilst also keeping abreast with industry initiatives.

Michael Bautista Moore Cleaning Services

Michael Bautista

Industrial Manager

Michael is our Industrial Manager and has been with Moore Cleaning Services for over 12 years. Michael is fully trained to COPC 3 level and in the use of access equipment and fall arrest (Hoists/JLG etc). He would oversee all the Industrial Cleaning duties and other duties such as window cleaning, carpet cleaning and any other industrial cleaning requirements in relation to this contract.

Izabela has been working for Moore Cleaning Services for the last 9 years. She has vast experience in managing large office and clinical cleaning contracts and has a real can-do approach with all clients and projects that she is involved with.

As the Contracts Manager, Izabela is very involved in the implementation of new contracts. She manages all aspects of our customer contracts from client liaison and staff management through to resolving critical issues.

Izabela is a highly competent manager and takes great pride and passion in ensuring customer satisfaction through growing and developing a customer-driven workforce.

Marie is highly organised and customer focused. She manages the customer support helpdesk and engages with clients to ensure client satisfaction. She also works closely with Michael on schedules for the Industrial Team.

Aliya has a broad base of contract cleaning and management experience and has worked in Moore Cleaning over 6 years. Aliya understands the development of and operating to a very high standard which, through auditing, will stand up to the required scrutiny. Aliya is primarily responsible for client sites in the Dublin City Centre Area.

Claire has been working as a Contract Manager for Moore Cleaning for over 16 years. Over that time she has managed single to multi-site contracts in areas such as clinical and office to nursing homes and the retail sector. She maintains a hands-on approach to ensure the highest level of service is offered to our clients based in the central and north Dublin area.
