Client references from satisfied customers

In 2012 the Bar Council of Ireland put the cleaning of their buildings to tender. Following a detailed process managed by an external expert the contract was awarded to Moore Cleaning.

“Moore Cleaning now provides cleaning and janitorial services in the Distillery Building 145/151 Church Street, 158/159 Church Street and the Law Library in the Four Courts. Since the appointment of Moore Cleaning we have significantly reduced the cost of cleaning and improved the standard of cleaning. The main contact person for all operational matters has been Katherine Kelly and she has been very helpful in both managing the whole operation and providing suggestions to reduce cost and improve service.”

– HR and OD Manager

“I am delighted to provide a reference for Moore Cleaning Services who have been one of our key suppliers of a Daily Cleaning Service for a number of years.

In addition to the daily cleaning services, Moore’s have, in the past, carried out accreditation cleaning at Beacon Hospital. This required a specialist team with specialist training and specific cleaning systems. We were very pleased that all of the areas passed our accreditation inspection once they had been cleaned by Moore’s and we were grateful to Moore’s for their expertise.

We see our relationship with Moore’s as mutually beneficial and we have always found them to be very professional and trustworthy and always protective in their approach. Their staff are always uniformed and polite and are trained in their tasks which they perform efficiently and effectively.

From senior management to cleaning operatives we have always found Moore’s to be professional and competent.”

The Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland are located in a Georgian four storey over basement building in Merrion Square, consisting of offices, meeting rooms, public bookshop and gallery.

“Moore Enterprises have been cleaning our premises for over six years; for the last four years June Carroll has been responsible for cleaning the building on a daily basis.

June’s work is always to the highest standard, she takes an interest in what is happening within the company and will adapt her routines to ensure what events, receptions and meetings are always given priority. June often does this on her own initiative.

We are delighted that Moore Enterprises are submitting our building for the ICCA Awards this year and wish them every success and look forward to continuing a good working relationship for the foreseeable future.”
