We are also currently working on achieving ISO 14001:2004, which identifies and controls the environmental impact of our activities, products and services, and to improve our environmental performance continually to implement a systematic approach to setting environmental objectives.
Customer care is key to building a mutually beneficial partnership with all of our clients, our policy is to ensure that all our staff are fully trained in our customer care programme, which also forms part of our induction training.
We have based our customer care policies on providing a personalised service and adapting ourselves to accommodate the delivery of functions and services for our clients such as sanitary supplies, window cleaning and linen supplies.
